It is my pleasure to share our new Annual Report featuring stories and impact data from the UK’s frontline of financial education for young people.

MyBnk continues to play a hugely valuable role in society, as the UK’s largest leading specialist financial education charity for young people. With thanks to a high-quality team, dedicated trustees, and generous socially minded funders, MyBnk improved the lives of almost 17,000 young people last year through our expert-led programmes, bringing the total to over 292,000 since launch in 2007.

Through independent evaluation we reviewed outcomes for males and females, evaluated different ways of delivering financial education for 16 and 17 year olds and investigated links between low financial capability and deprivation.

Three quarters of training delivered was in-depth, accredited programmes for young adults who cannot afford mistakes, with virtual versions of The Money House and Money Works helping us meet strong demand in the North West and Scotland.

This year we are investing in frontline and organisational capacity to support significant expansion in Scotland and the Midlands, and innovation online.

A huge heartfelt thank you for all your support. We look forward to another year in our mission to create a financially capable generation.
